What if my package is lost or damaged?
Although each order is packed teach with love and care we understand the unfortunate circumstances may occur for orders under $100 please contact a consultant from the delivery service for assistance in filing claims are locating packages if they are unavailable please contact SL that we may find a solution for you.
If your order is above $100 and is missing please first contact the delivery service to help locate the packaging wait 2 to 3 days before contacting us after three days and no sign of your package or if it has arrived damaged please email us for further assistance.
Refunds and exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of the products, purchases made are nonrefundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstance therefore all sales are final
